Yes – we use the Aerotech XT truckmount, the best carpet cleaning machine on the planet. It is capable of generating up to 60 degrees hotter water and up to three times more vacuum power than the average truckmount. The additional heat cuts through oils left behind by cooler running trucks and the additional vacuum power removes dirt and grime from much deeper within the carpet. Your carpet will be much cleaner and stay clean much longer than when cleaned by someone with a “conventional” truckmount.

The Aerotech XT truckmount is powered by a Mitsubishi ultra low emission diesel engine. Most truckmounts are powered by secondary engines that have no emission controls and have the potential to emit carbon monoxide into your home if they park too close. The Aerotech XT is better for the environment, and poses no risk to your indoor environment. We use products that are biodegradable and safe for kids and pets. We dispose of our wastewater according to federal, state, and local regulations. 

4-12 hours depending on temperature, humidity, type of carpet, degree of soiling, etc. Some companies advertise 1-2 hour dry times. They achieve these dry times by drastically reducing the amount of water they flush through your carpet. We feel that flushing less water through the carpet severely limits the effectiveness of the cleaning process. Simply put, the more water we flush through your carpet, the more soil we can remove. We would rather achieve maximum soil removal with an 8-hour dry time than give you a 1-2 hour dry time and leave soil behind that could have otherwise been removed.

We use technologically advanced cleaning products that effectively remove soil from your carpet without leaving soil-attracting residue behind. Even after 10 years in business, we haven’t had a single customer complaint of rapid resoiling due to residue. In fact, our customers rave about how much cleaner the carpet gets and how they can go significantly longer between cleanings.

Yes, we will move couches, chairs, coffee tables, end tables, etc. We do not move entertainment centers, pianos, or loaded furniture such as bookshelves or china hutches. Beds can be moved provided that they are on wheels and that there is enough space in the room. If you have us move furniture, we ask that you move the small items and breakables prior to our arrival. Any furniture that we move and replace will be set on blocks to keep moisture from migrating into the furniture legs or color from furniture from bleeding into the carpet.

It’s up to you. We have some customers that move everything out of the cleaning areas and others that have us go around everything. It is completely up to you. We charge by the cleanable square footage, so you are only charged for the actual area that we clean.
